Minimal Phone (“the App”) is designed to simplify your device experience and improve focus. Your privacy is our absolute priority. This Privacy Policy explains our commitment to protecting your data.

1) Zero Data Collection Policy

We believe your data is yours alone. Minimal Phone does not collect, harvest, transmit, or store any of your personal data on any external servers. We do not track your usage, behavior, or personal information.

Everything stays entirely on your device.

2) Data We Do Not Collect

To be completely transparent, the App does not:

• Send personal data to our servers or any third-party servers.
• Collect location, contacts, microphone, or camera data.
• Perform advertising-based user tracking or share data with data brokers.
• Track or transmit your internet activity or app usage habits outside your device.

3) How Features Work Locally

Certain features in the App require processing data to function, but all processing happens 100% locally on your device:

• App preferences and settings: Custom labels, favorites, and themes are stored locally in your device's memory.
• Usage statistics: Screen time and app limit features use the PACKAGE_USAGE_STATS permission to calculate limits, but this data never leaves your phone.
• Notification data: Notification filtering requires Notification Listener Access to manage distractions, but the content of your notifications is processed on-device and never transmitted.

4) Data Storage

Because we collect no data, there is nothing for us to store.

All settings, preferences, and usage stats are stored locally on your device. If you uninstall the App, all local data related to the App is permanently removed from your device.
